RETURNS POLICY

Hopefully you will be happy with your purchase, but if the need arises to return an item please see the info below. If you have any issues and need to discuss it please contact me on hello@hazelcastle.com and I can work to put it right.

RETURNS

Please get in touch me via email hello@hazelcastle.com within 14 days of receiving your item if you would like to return your item for a refund. The item must be returned unused in the original packaging, in a saleable condition. If possible please reuse the original postal packaging.

I am not responsible for return postage costs or if the item is lost. I would recommend you take note of the tracking number in case the package is lost or damaged.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt, this can take up to 5 days to show in your account depending on your bank.

INCORRECT/FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is damaged in delivery, faulty in an way, or you receive an incorrect item please contact me on hello@hazelcastle.com so we can resolve the issue.
